[Introduction] Recently, experts from the International Codex Pesticide Residues Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture's Pesticide Testing Institute held a national ginseng pesticide registration review meeting in Beijing, ending the shortage of ginseng in China, the unreasonable use of pesticides, and the lack of legal registration. The pesticide registration work has opened up a precedent.

 

Recently, experts from the International Codex Pesticide Residues Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture's Pesticide Testing Institute held a national ginseng pesticide registration review meeting in Beijing. 14 kinds of pesticides for ginseng production proposed by the Jilin Provincial Agriculture Committee - thiamethoxam, fludioxonil, cyprodinil, difenoconazole, mancozeb, cream urea-manganese zinc, propiconazole, king Copper, iprodione, ether oxystrobin, carbendazim, carbendazim-carbendazim, etc. passed the review, ending the shortage of ginseng in China, the unreasonable use of pesticides, and the lack of legal registration, opening a precedent for the registration of ginseng pesticides.

 

The review meeting embodies three “firsts”: the first time that government organizations, enterprises and extension units jointly launched pesticide registration for small crops, and the first large-scale joint trial of small crops and agriculture For the first time, the Ministry of Drug Control has carried out the registration of pesticides for small crops, which indicates that the registration of pesticides for ginseng and small crops in China has entered a new stage, which also provides guarantee for the safe and high quality production of ginseng.
