The 2016 National TCM Health Index Research Report was released in Beijing on May 16th. Relevant leaders from the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Medicine Association attended the event. The report was jointly released by the China Association of Chinese Medicine and Infinitus (China) Co., Ltd. The report uses the concepts, ideas, and theories of Chinese medicine to investigate the health status and health status of urban residents in China from the perspective of Chinese medicine, and promote the Chinese medicine industry and The integration of big data analysis provides new ideas for the modernization and scientificization of Chinese medicine.

The report covers the different regions of the country, different economic conditions, towns of different scales and different populations. The results show that the 2016 Chinese Medicine Health Index is 60.9 points. The proportion of residents in the state of health is 51.0%, the proportion of the intermediate state is 31.7%, and the proportion of the disease state is 17.2%. In response to this data, the report conducted a detailed investigation and analysis of the main health problems, health factors and group differences of urban residents from the perspective of Chinese medicine.

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed "strongly supporting the development of Chinese medicine and national medicine". The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee also emphasized "to adhere to the emphasis on both Chinese and Western medicine and promote the development of Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine." Promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of TCM health and wellness culture is not only the internal need to enhance cultural self-confidence, but also the internal need to enhance the health and well-being of the people. The “National Chinese Medicine Health and Wellness Report” combines tradition and innovation. It not only serves the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine health care, but also serves the people. It is also a good attempt to promote the development of Chinese medicine health service industry by social capital, highlighting the traditional Chinese medicine health practice. The core of the integration of heaven and man and the three factors is in line with the big country policy of “healthy China”.

First, health issues:

From the perspective of human body parts, health problems are mainly manifested in liver, kidney, stomach, spleen and lung, with a ratio of more than 4%. The report suggests that the liver should be adapted to the characteristics of the liver, not to be depressed and depressed; do not drink alcohol, stay up late, and consume liver and liver. Kidney should pay attention to not tonic, so as not to overheat and lose kidney yin, pay attention to abstinence, avoid excessive consumption of kidney essence. Raise the spleen and stomach should pay attention to the diet, hunger and moderate, eat less bitter cold food drugs, to avoid damage to the spleen. Pay attention to the lungs, the lungs are "sweet", pay attention to the moderate temperature of the cold, avoid the invasion of external evils, the lungs are moist and dry, pay attention to avoid the environment is too dry. Pay attention to your heart, don't worry too much, wear out your heart and blood, don't over-tired, and lose your heart.

From the nature point of view, kidney yang deficiency is the highest, liver yin deficiency, liver fire blazing, liver blood deficiency, kidney yin deficiency ranked two to five. The liver and kidneys are closely related to each other. Traditional Chinese medicine has the saying that "the liver and kidney are homologous", suggesting that everyone should pay attention to the maintenance of liver and kidney in the normal health and wellness process. Among the six sputum, the stomach has two syndromes ranked high, indicating that various factors have a great impact on the stomach, and digestive system problems are more common.

Second, the influencing factors:

The sentiments of Chinese medicine include: joy, anger, worry, thought, sadness, fear, and shock, which are closely related to the function of human viscera. The results of the study showed that 41.4% of people who often felt anxious were in a state of illness, and only 4.1% of those without anxiety were in a state of disease. Anxiety is the most likely to cause liver qi stagnation and liver dysfunction. Therefore, people should not think of “he should eat some cockroaches” when it comes to health care. It is also important to mentally decompress.

Among them, the “high-income, high-education” double-high population, first- and second-tier cities, women, and young residents are more likely to have greater mental stress. It is recommended that these people should not be too far-reaching, do not do things that are too far beyond their ability, and set some small goals that are easy to achieve. The mental stress is not so great.

From the relationship between diet and health status, eating habits, diet structure, and dietary tastes all have an impact on health. From the point of view of eating habits, 42.4% of those who eat nighting habits are in a state of illness, 36.2% of those who do not eat breakfast habits are in a state of illness, and only 14% of those who have regular meals are in a state of illness. According to the diet structure, 25.4% of the meat-based people were in the state of illness, 18.3% of the vegetarians were in the state of illness, and 14.9% of the people who were in the vegetarian diet were in the state of illness. It can be seen that a reasonable diet structure, a regular eating habit of three meals, and a diet structure with a vegetarian diet are more conducive to health.

From the point of view of dietary taste, the preference for taste is not good for health. Among them, people who like fried food have the highest disease status. They advocate that everyone should not be overly biased in their daily diet. Try to eat lightly. Low salt and low fat are more beneficial. health.

Judging from the use of health care products, the proportion of people with disease status using health care products is 28.8%, the proportion of exercise health care is 70.6%, and the proportion of healthy people using health care products is 9%, and the proportion of exercise health care It is 57.1%. People often start health care after they have a problem with health, and health care needs to be improved. Therefore, when people are in an "uninfected" state, they must know how to pay attention to and maintain their own health. Do not wait until the disease has occurred before they begin to realize their own health problems. Prevention is always more important than treatment.

The proportion of disease status of residents in time was 12.3%; the proportion of disease status of irregular residents was 33.4% and 29.3% respectively. "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" believes that: the time is from 23 o'clock to 1 am, and the afternoon is from 11 o'clock to 13 o'clock. When the child and the afternoon are the yin and yang meetings, sleep is beneficial to nourishing yin and nourishing yang. Zijue Yangyin can relieve yin deficiency, nourish qi and blood, make skin more lustrous, reduce pigmentation, prevent premature aging, and also eliminate fatigue, let the viscera rest, and reserve energy for the human body. Nourishing Yang in the afternoon can relieve fatigue, improve work efficiency, and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Studies have shown that people who have at least 3 lunch breaks a week have a 37% reduction in the risk of sudden cardiac death.

In the evening, you can use warm water to soak your feet, massage your scalp, drink milk or honey to promote sleep. Avoid strenuous exercise, emotional excitement and irritating drinks before going to bed.

From the perspective of exercise frequency, the proportion of people who adhere to exercise every day is 41.5%, and the proportion of people in the disease state is 20.5%. This suggests reasonable and good exercise habits and is an important way to maintain a healthy state. Everyone should choose a sport that they can adhere to every day according to their physical characteristics and preferences, and develop good exercise habits. However, the movement must also maintain the principle of "moderate". It is too late to overwork, but it will damage the body. Therefore, according to the individual's physical fitness, needs, and maintain the "moderate" principle of exercise, we can effectively maintain good health. Secondly, it is best not to exercise at night in the evening. At night, the outside yang is already empty, and the yang of the human body is also in the collection. If this time is vigorous, it will easily damage the yang and damage the body.

Third, group differences

Different age differences

From the age of 20 to 44 years old, the proportion of disease status is up to 23%, the proportion of disease status in the 45-59 age group is 11.7%, and the proportion of disease status in the 60-80 age group is 12.1%. That is to say, the disease status of the young people is higher than that of the elderly.

Originally 20 to 40 years old is a time when the body is strong and bloody, but in recent years, many diseases have shown a trend of decreasing age of onset. The stage of 20-44 years is the stage of life learning and struggle, overdraft Energy and overdraft physical strength often occur, which is extremely harmful to health. People often feel that young and good health, not paying attention to health and maintaining health, so this result has sounded the alarm for young people, work and study, struggle, and should not sacrifice. Health is a prerequisite.

Different family structure differences

According to the survey results, the “small family of three” (young couple + child) had a disease state ratio of 25.1%. Among the health problems, the disease is mainly stomach, liver and spleen; while the composite family (young couple + child + old) has a lower proportion of 13.8%.

It is suggested that if young people do not have children after work, they should be separated from the elderly. This is more conducive to the health of family members. It is more beneficial for family members to live with the elderly after having children. This also reflects the care of young children to family members. The health impact is greater, and the sharing of child care by the elderly at home is beneficial to the health of the whole family.

Different gender differences

The results of this survey showed that 18.4% of women in the disease state were significantly higher than 16.1% in men. This may be because, with the development and progress of our society, women are increasingly involved in all social affairs, realizing equality between men and women, but women are weaker than men in energy and physical strength, so they are in the same Under the influence factor, the proportion of women with diseases is higher.

Women need to face parent-child relationships, mother-in-law relationships, etc., and are more prone to anxiety. When you are troubled, try to breathe fresh air in nature, do aerobic exercise, learn to control your emotions, and constantly adjust yourself... These are all good ways to release your inner pressure.

Differences in different places of residence

The proportion of the sick state of urban residents was 18.1% higher than that of rural residents by 13.6%. The reason for this result is complicated. On the whole, the air quality in rural areas is cleaner than in cities, the pressure on rural life is also small, and the ingredients are fresher. The rural health benefits are more than the cities.

Different income, academic differences

From the perspective of income, the survey results show that the proportion of residents with a monthly income of less than 6,000 yuan is 13.5%, and the proportion of people with a monthly income of more than 20,000 yuan is 24.3%.

From the academic point of view, the proportion of disease status of junior high school and below is 10.2%, and the proportion of disease status of masters and above is 33.1%. The main health problems of high-income and highly educated people are gastric dysfunction, pulmonary dysfunction, and yin deficiency.

The proportion of people with high income and high education is higher than that of low-education low-income people. Combined with the previous research results, high income and high education are more likely to be stressful. This suggests that “the higher the ability, the greater the responsibility”, the responsibility often means mental stress, the life festival is fast, the cost of living is high, work pressure, economic pressure, and academic pressure are all transformed into mental stress. This may be the case. The main reason for the results. It is recommended to raise stomach and protect the stomach from the aspects of relaxing mood, eating less cold food, doing gentle exercise, and eating seven points.

Different regional differences

The health status of Chinese medicine has regional characteristics. The health status of Chinese medicine practitioners in South China is the worst. The main health problems are kidney, liver and stomach. The main diseases are yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm and blood deficiency. Huazhong District is the best.

In addition, compared with the northwestern region, residents in South China have a kidney dysfunction ratio of 11.7% in the southern part of China, 5.3% in the northwest, 9.8% in the southern part of China, and 5.8% in the northwest.

Health is the basic needs of human beings. However, health is not a one-off event. This data survey reminds us that only by improving our physical health and adhering to good living habits, we must effectively regulate the diet, exercise, emotions, and daily life, and pay attention to physical integrity. The yin and yang, the visceral conditioning, perseverance, in order to let the body in the righteous filling, yin and yang balance and visceral reconciliation of TCM health, play the role of "treatment of disease."
